Since reservations are preferred, call the market office (717-738-1117) prior to the Friday you wish to attend. Report to the market office (in center of market complex) between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on Friday to pay rental fee and be issued your rental space. At the time you check in you will have to present a current photo ID, also you will not be given a space until your photo ID is presented. All rental fees will be paid in advance of space assignment and will be acceptable in Cash Only! ATM is available in the office for your convenience and assistance.
Outdoor merchants shall be set up by 8 a.m. and have all vehicles removed from the aisles by this time. If you are a merchant in the main part of the market or tower village, closing time is 8 PM, you may not bring your vehicle in the aisle before 8 PM. If weather is inclement or you have to leave early for some reason you will have to carry your item out to your vehicle.
Change will be available at the office from 6:30 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. We encourage you to go to the bank and get your own change. We are only here to help if you run out. We are not a bank!
Merchants shall sell only merchandise approved by the Management. Questionable items will be removed by the Management if it is judged a poor reflection on the market. Merchants are responsible to see that all items on display (including pictures, t-shirts, books, posters, art work, etc.) are acceptable to “children of all ages”.
Merchants shall not misrepresent or make false claims about any merchandise for sale, for any reason.

Merchants shall keep their space in a clean, safe and orderly manner. It is expected that every merchant will clean and sweep out his space each Friday night after closing, as well as pick up any debris from the aisles in front of their space throughout the day. Help Keep Our Market Clean And Safe!
Each merchant may establish his own policy in regards to refunds, returns or exchanges. However, Your Policy Must Be Posted At A Conspicuous Place Within Your Space And Large Enough For Everyone To See! If your policy is not posted, Management will assume that you will give full refunds for all merchandise purchased and will support any shopper that makes such a request.
Merchants are responsible for all required licenses, permits and fees needed to conduct their business properly and legally. This includes the collection of Pennsylvania Sales Taxes, if applicable!
Merchants (and their employees) shall, at all times, conduct themselves in an acceptable manner. NO profanity, shouting or lewd remarks will be tolerated. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Disputes between merchants and consumers will be resolved in a calm and quiet manner, not by yelling insults or threats toward each other.
All buildings and some restrooms are handicap accessible as well as the entire market grounds. Handicapped parking spaces are also provided throughout the market parking area.
